Confidentiality
You can be sure that anything you tell me in person, over the telephone, or in writing will be held in the strictest of confidence. This confidentiality is protected by law. With very few exceptions, no person or court can make me or you divulge what we say to one another.
Responsiveness
I work hard to make myself available when you need help. I answer my own phone. Though I may sometimes be unable to answer your call because I am with a client or in court, I make a point of responding to emails and voicemails as quickly as possible. If you have a question or request, you need never hesitate to call me. You will not feel ignored.
Personal Attention
I take pride in providing each client with the close personal attention they deserve. I am never too busy for my clients. I am available during the day, in the evenings, and on weekends. I routinely call clients to update them on the progress of their matter and I send them copies of all important letters and faxes.
